川西市郷土館の旧平賀邸に行ってみた。多田の銀銅山の精錬所、平安精錬所の跡地。

川西市郷土館

川西市といえば、大阪ですがどっちかと言うと伊丹の方に近いのか・・・。

とりあえず空港の方に行って、それから能勢の方に行く。

能勢の一倉ダムの方向に行くと、その交差するあたりの住宅街に　この川西市郷土館がある。かなり奥です、山です・・・。

なんとなく細い道を上って、住宅街をこして　突き当たりぐらいがこの川西市郷土館になります。

この郷土館は、旧平安家住宅に建てられたもので　この辺の地域、多田というところがあって 、銀銅山があった。それを精錬していたのが、この平安精錬所だった。

だからその精錬所の跡地もある・・・。全体的には、家があって精錬所があって って感じです。

この家にたくさんの人が住み込んで　この精錬所を運営してたんでしょう。

そんな感じの跡地です。

で、ここを、地元の郷土資料館のようにしようということで、この施設が建てられて、 そこに川西市全体ということで　この旧平賀邸も移設してきて、あと、この地で有名な画家とかの絵も展示しています。

箸づくりの名人なんかの作品なんかも展示しています。代わり映え時に、いくつものマンホールが展示されてました。

いろんな柄があって面白い・・・、そんな感じの展示でした。

旧平賀邸

で、旧平賀邸ですが、国指定文化財です。 大正7年に工学博士の平賀義美が竣工したもので、 平成2年11月川西市小戸からこの場所に移築したもの。

この平賀さんという人は、東大を出た後にヨーロッパに入って織機を研究勉強してきた。

そして日本に帰りその開発に携わる、その後自分でも会社起こして　 大阪実業界の会長にもなる。

そういったことで財を成して　この家を竣工した。立派な家です。しかし偉人ですね・・・。

この邸宅は映画のロケ地とかにも使われています。確かに、ロケーションがいいですから・・・。

If you go in the direction of Ichikura Dam in Nose, you will find this Kawanishi Municipal Folk Museum in the residential area around the intersection. It’s quite deep, it’s a mountain…

After going up a narrow road and passing through a residential area, the Kawanishi Municipal Folk Museum is about the end of the road.

This local museum was built in the former residence of the Heian family, and he lived in an area called Tada, where there was a silver and copper mine. It was the Heian Refinery that refined it.

So there is also the site of the refinery… Overall, it’s like having a house and a smelter.

A lot of people lived in this house and he probably ran this refinery.

It is such a ruin.

So, he decided to make this place like a local folk museum, so this facility was built. There are also paintings by artists on display.

We also exhibit the works of masters of chopstick making. Many manholes were exhibited at the time of replacement.

Former Hiraga House

So, the former Hiraga residence is a nationally designated cultural property. Completed in 1918 by Yoshimi Hiraga, a doctor of engineering, it was relocated to this location from Odo, Kawanishi City in November 1990.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, Mr. Hiraga went to Europe and studied looms.

Then, he returned to Japan and became involved in its development, and later founded his own company and became chairman of the Osaka business world.

That’s how he made his fortune and he completed this house. It’s a fine house. But he’s great…

This mansion is also used as a movie location. I’m sure it’s because of the location…
