5月 しょうゆの古い街
■こんな感じの街並みです。
42号線沿いにも工場見学施設がある。
国道42号線を湯浅に向かっていくとっていうか 高速を湯浅で降りて 白浜に向かっていくと 湯浅に入るとしょうゆ工場の見学やらで、このへんは湯浅醤油という会社で 工場見学とかをやってる会社だと・、結構、駐車場もひろく 車を止めて少し外を満喫できます。じゃなくって・・・。

Not… When you turn right on the national highway toward Yuasa fishing port, you will see a street of soy sauce shops along the river. This part is interesting.
The town of soy sauce is beautifully reproduced.
It’s probably something to do with town revitalization, and it’s a townscape with plenty of things to see, and it feels like it’s recreating the townscape of when soy sauce prospered. There is also a parking lot on the left side of the road, so there is no need to worry about parking. There are also shops selling other products, so you can look around.
Yuasa-cho, the birthplace of soy sauce
*Yuasa is the birthplace of soy sauce, and the buildings around here are managed by Yuasa Town as a Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings. The preservation district is located in the northwest of the old city area and covers an area of about 6.3 hectares. Kitamachi Kajimachi, Nakamachi, and Hamamachi, which are said to have been developed around the end of the 16th century, were the most prosperous areas for the soy sauce brewing industry. , townhouses related to the brewing industry, and traditional buildings from the early modern period to the modern period, such as storehouses, remain.
