富田林にある”藍 蕎麦屋”さんに行きました。
富田林にある(金剛駅のちかく) ”藍” あいさんっていうそば屋さんがあります。

もしや、先に来たお客さんが 気を使ってくれたのかも・・・。お店は見た感じ、

■この緑色の絵はなんでしょう。想像がつきません。
■しかし四方八方で見栄えが違う。面白いです。

座敷でぶっかけ蕎麦を頂く。
お店の中も結構な数の作品が展示されてあって、そのなかでおそばを頂く。結構、べたの座敷に座ってて感じでおそばを頂くのは、足が痛くってちょっとしんどいですが、ここには、
■まずは、お茶が出てくる。
■そのあとにメインのそばが出てくる。
■この風景、スペース、光の入り方がいいですね。
冬は蕎麦屋さんで焼酎を飲むのがいい。

There is a soba restaurant called “Ai” Aisan in Tondabayashi (near Kongo Station). I saw it in a magazine about the recent boom in old folk houses, and it seemed like he would serve delicious soba at a nice place… I expected.

“Ai Soba Restaurant” is located in the middle of town.
I searched around town quite a bit. He doesn’t have much room in the parking lot for about two cars. The area around the shop doesn’t look like an old private house, so it’s a residential area, so it’s a little troublesome to go there by car. However, the station seems to be nearby, and it’s probably possible to go by train, so the customers will be fine. When he got here, the parking lot was full, so he was a little troubled, but he went around the city to find a parking space. I was able to park. I’m glad.
A wide variety of works of art and crafts are on display.
Maybe the customer who came earlier took care of me… The shop looks like it’s been remodeled from an old folk house, and he’s an old folk house cafe after all… From beginning to end, it’s Fuinkiyoshi. Maybe an artistic family? A wide variety of works of art and crafts are on display. Things like tools for making works are scattered here and there outside the shop, such as the room where he is working, the room where he works, the place that looks like an atelier. Isn’t it scattered? It felt like it was well organized and kept.
Enjoy bukkake soba in the tatami room.
There are quite a few works on display in the shop, and you can have soba among them. It’s a bit tiring to eat soba noodles as if you’re sitting in a flat tatami room because your feet hurt, but there’s also a horigotatsu style with a space to put your feet in. So, I chose there and had a relaxing soba. Soba noodles are bukkake hiya and topped with kakiage. Pour the soup over the soba as it is. Is it the so-called “bukkake”? The soba noodles were just handmade soba noodles and were delicious. I thought the amount would be small, but it was just the right amount.
In winter, it’s good to drink shochu at a soba restaurant.
Also, soba is “sobayu” after all. “Absolutely.” Whenever I go to a soba restaurant, they always put it on. He puts some soba sauce in it and gets a little warm. delicious···. In the old days, I often went to a soba restaurant and mixed shochu with this sobayu and drank it. It was delicious. It’s addictive horse mackerel. No doubt. On a cold day in winter, I drink shochu at a soba restaurant.
