I went to Kanazawa’s “Bukeyashiki ruins”. There are many residences of the samurai who served during the time of Toshiie Maeda.
In Kanazawa, a one-day bus ticket is a good deal.
In Kanazawa, there is “Kenrokuen”, and around this park there are many memorial halls and buildings for sightseeing. To get around the area or part of it, the bus is good and he can use the one-day ticket for this bus for 500 yen, which is very cheap. Using this matter, he gets off at any of the bus stops and goes around the sights.
It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a samurai residence. This is Korinbo.
This time, I went to the “Samurai residence ruins” behind Korinbo. I’ve been to Kanazawa several times to eat crab, but this is the first time I’ve seen something like this, and I’m kind of curious about it. There is also a bar district behind the hotel, which is very convenient, so I stayed there. This was also quite impressive. Of course, I think that this is a samurai residence district of Toshiie Maeda’s vassals, but even if I go to a castle town in the countryside, there aren’t many traces of him left, so I think it’s quite valuable. For example, I don’t think there is such a place left in Osaka, but was it burnt down during the war? I don’t think there’s anything like that in the city center. I’m interested in that as well.
The inside is full of walls.
When you go to the site, it’s full of walls, with earthen walls and Japanese roof tiles on top of them. Along the way, there are samurai residences that look like homes. But it’s been remade pretty neatly, and is he recent? It’s like that… Is this related to the Shinkansen, or did you clean it up in anticipation that the Shinkansen would extend to Kanazawa and that the number of Kanto-related customers would increase significantly? When I went here, there were many tourists. It’s a so-called trend. Is it inbound? There are also many foreign tourists. Somehow, I feel like I can understand it in words… Putting it in a samurai residence, for white Europeans and Americans, a Japanese garden in a samurai residence must be very rare for him. It feels like it, but there’s also a video. If you walk, there is a stream of water nearby, so he seems to be like that. It’s well left, isn’t it?
