”旧網干銀行”に行ってみた。有形文化財に指定されてる近代建築なのに衣料品店？

”旧網干銀行”

姫路の網干区にある、近代建築。”旧網干銀行”は、この網干区にある”旧山本家”のアルジも頭取を務めたこともある由緒ある銀行で　後に合併で三井銀行？になったらしい。大正時代の近代建築でレンガ造り、姫路市の重要文化財でもある。それでも少し小さい、そんで行ったときには、衣料品店になっていて　その看板が少しいたいたしい。

今後はレストランに・・・。

重要建築物が衣料品店ですから　その看板を写真に収めることがなかなかできない、痛々しくって。今後はさすがにレストランになるみたいで　でも、この辺の環境で　このビルを借りてレストランをやっても　維持できる？　流行らないでしょ。地域的に高級レストランにもできなさそうだし、都心だと結構こういった近代建築物の昔のものは　高級レストランとしてはやります。結婚式場やホテルにしてもいいんじゃないでしょうか。その経営で維持費も賄えますが、さすがにその辺は都会ですから　人も多いし会社も多い。こういう地域の重要文化財はやっぱ、公共団体が買い取って維持し、中身を残して資料館にしたりして　入館料としてお金を取ったほうがいいと思いますが・・・。どうでしょう？
